Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Security Team Leader / Operations Coordinator to oversee workforce operations and support the delivery of high-quality security services.
This position focuses on workforce supervision, operational coordination, employee engagement, and compliance management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team productivity, maintaining staffing standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead, supervise, and coordinate security personnel
– Conduct structured performance evaluations and feedback sessions
– Drive staff engagement and maintain high morale
– Monitor productivity and implement performance improvement strategies
– Provide daily operational guidance and oversight
Candidate Profile
– Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
– Effective communicator with leadership presence
– Ability to manage multiple operational priorities
– Eligible to work in the UK
– Experience in team supervision, workforce coordination, or operational leadership
Resource Planning & Administration
– Coordinate shift planning and workforce scheduling
– Manage leave requests, absences, and staff allocation
– Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
– Ensure all personnel are fully site-compliant and inducted
